Key duties and responsibilities
1. Receive, record, investigate and attend customers complaints /inquiries/comments and forward unsolved complaints to the appropriate section and make follow up to ensure timely settlement to the satisfaction of the customer.
2. Develop and implement market plans and programs.
3. Communicates courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and /or face to face
Required Qualifications and Experience;
Bachelor 's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication or its equivalent from recognized institution with at least 1 working experience in similar field.
